The Journal of Smart Computing and Data Intelligence (JSCDI) is committed to protecting the intellectual property rights of authors while promoting the ethical dissemination of scholarly research through an open, transparent, and internationally recognized publication process. Author Copyright Declaration

By submitting a manuscript to the Journal of Smart Computing and Data Intelligence (JSCDI), the author(s) confirm that:

• The submitted manuscript is original, has not been previously published, and is not under consideration for publication in any other journal.
• The manuscript does not contain unlawful, defamatory, plagiarized, fabricated, falsified, or misleading material.
• The work does not infringe upon any copyright, trademark, patent, or other intellectual property rights of third parties.
• Appropriate permission has been obtained for the use of any copyrighted figures, tables, images, datasets, software, or other third-party materials, and proper acknowledgment has been provided.
• All listed authors have made significant scholarly contributions to the research and have approved the final version of the manuscript before submission.

The corresponding author is responsible for obtaining the consent of all co-authors and ensuring that all publication requirements have been fulfilled.

Once a manuscript has been accepted for publication, authors should not request withdrawal except under exceptional circumstances and only with the approval of the Editorial Office. 

Author Rights

Authors publishing in JSCDI retain significant rights over their scholarly work.

Authors may:

• Use all or part of the published article, including figures, tables, graphs, and datasets, in future books, theses, dissertations, lectures, presentations, educational materials, or other scholarly works with appropriate acknowledgment of the journal.
• Deposit the published article, subject to the journal's self-archiving policy, in institutional repositories or personal academic webpages.
• Share the published article with colleagues, students, and research collaborators for educational and non-commercial purposes.
• Retain all patent rights, trademark rights, and other intellectual property rights arising from their research.

Authors are encouraged to promote and disseminate their published work to maximize its visibility, accessibility, and academic impact while acknowledging the Journal of Smart Computing and Data Intelligence (JSCDI) as the original source of publication. 

Rights Granted to the Journal

To facilitate publication, indexing, preservation, and global dissemination, authors grant the Journal of Smart Computing and Data Intelligence (JSCDI) a non-exclusive license to:

• Publish, reproduce, archive, and distribute the article in print, electronic, online, and digital formats.
• Include the article in indexing services, digital repositories, academic databases, institutional archives, and library systems.
• Preserve the article permanently as part of the scholarly record.
• Enable worldwide access, citation, and academic sharing of the published work in accordance with the journal's publication policies.

These rights ensure the long-term preservation, accessibility, and discoverability of scholarly research. 

Plagiarism and Ethical Compliance

The Journal of Smart Computing and Data Intelligence (JSCDI) maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward plagiarism and research misconduct.

All submitted manuscripts are screened using plagiarism detection software before entering the peer-review process.

Authors must ensure that:

• The manuscript is entirely original.
• All sources are properly cited and acknowledged.
• Research data are authentic and accurately presented.
• Images, figures, tables, and datasets have not been manipulated in a misleading manner.
• The manuscript complies with internationally accepted standards of research and publication ethics.

Any manuscript found to contain plagiarism, duplicate publication, fabricated data, falsified results, manipulated images, or unethical research practices will be rejected or, if already published, may be retracted in accordance with the journal's publication ethics policies.

The Editorial Board reserves the right to restrict future submissions from authors found responsible for serious ethical violations.

Responsibility and Legal Compliance

Authors bear sole responsibility for ensuring that their manuscripts comply with international copyright laws, intellectual property regulations, institutional policies, and accepted academic publishing standards.

Authors must obtain all necessary permissions for the use of copyrighted materials, including figures, photographs, illustrations, datasets, software, and any third-party content incorporated into their manuscripts.

The Publisher, Editor-in-Chief, Editors, Reviewers, Editorial Board, and the Journal of Smart Computing and Data Intelligence (JSCDI) shall not be held responsible for:

• Authorship disagreements.
• Plagiarism or research misconduct.
• Legal claims arising from the content of published articles.
